How We Got It Done: We shot a ton of content focusing on several aspects of the ins and outs of being a CEO of a mid-sized company (thoughts they have, how they value the people behind the scenes of the product, business problems they’re facing).
Measuring Success: Using both social listening tools (Sprout Social, Twemex) and manual social listening, we tracked online sentiment by attributing a numeric value based on a positive, neutral or negative response. We compared the sentiments before & after the campaign concluding in a net positive.
